D’banj is not broke! That’s at least what he’s telling the world. It was
recently reported that the singer is in so much debt that he can’t even
pay his staff members.
In an interview with Olisa Adibua, the
“Oliver Twist” hit-maker said: “I don’t know what’s going on. I can
gladly tell you that one is a lie. I don't owe anyone money. I don't owe
them money. If you need money, you go to the bank."He added that he’s
disappointed in a few members of the press. ”Defamation of character is
the worst anyone can do. I don't want to talk because that's what they
want me to do. They said I’m owing money so I'm waiting to go to the
court.”
